Mysterious box

So I had not played for a while and when I fired my game up maybe after a few days there was this blue thing on the map telling me there was a quest close to where we go to mine copper, anyhow I went there and there is a cutscene with Mi-an and she tells me to go to Qi's place the day after at 18:00, anyways if I go there. There is also a cutscene and it hangs each and every time after she says looks there's a letter, and I have to close the game forcefully, any idea how I can bypass that? thanks

You should report it as a bug. Its a reoccuring issue with alot of people (back from the EA release. It seems to affect cutscenes specifically (not always the same ones).

For an immediate solution you can try bypassing the cutscene (Escape Key I think).

I tried the escape key after it hangs and nothing happens, I'll try pressing escape before it hangs next time, thanks

Yes, hitting escape before the cutscene hangs is necessary.

I've never had this quest before for some reason? So I am of no help.

Its the same bug people were reporting very early on when they were doing the mission to clear out the Gecko Station ruins. Its clearly a bug that can affect any end of mission cutscene.
