IMPORTANT: Sandrock Bug Reports Guide

Howdy builders!

My Time at Sandrock is still in Early Access, which means you might encounter bugs and glitches that can sometimes impact your gameplay experience.

If you’d like to report bugs, you’ve come to the right place! Here we’ve prepared a quick guideline on how players can report bugs more efficiently:

Option 1:

Many bugs submitted by players can only be addressed along with the save/log files. Thus, we always suggest players to report bugs directly to our email along with your files attached. Find out how you can do it in the Bug Report Guide!

Option 2:

If you still prefer to submit bugs here, it’s completely fine! We’ve created a dedicated Bug Reports section under the sub-forums for players to submit bugs. The team will have dedicated person to check this section on a regular basis to ensure the bugs are being addressed.

Option 3:

Apart from the steam community, we also have an active Discord[discord.gg] server where all the core fan base gathers. Join our Discord, submit your bugs in the Bug-Report channel and discuss with other builders!

There are a few places to report any and all multiplayer bugs/problems/feedback.

Please let us know this information, so we can locate and address them in a timely manner:
-User ID (You can find it on the top-right after you create your character)
-Server/Region
-Room Number (if applicable)
-Player Log file ( Location: C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Pathea Games\My Time at Sandrock MultiPlayer - "Player text")

Please be as descriptive as possible and include images/videos of the bug you encountered.
Create a new discussion post for each bug found.
