worth it/ game for me?

i checked a bit of gameplay and looks fun but i'm not sure if it's gonna be my cup of tea.
some similair games i played and liked are wasteland 3/mutant year zero/wartales

Should i try the game?

Give it a go. I've played Wasteland 3 and Wartales from your list and it's got the same kind of 'flow'.

Yes absolutely. I loved Wasteland 3 and JA3 is like a mix of JA2 and Wasteland 3 in beautiful 3D graphics.

It is more combat focused, but still quite heavy on RPG elements, questing and story.

And probably my GOTY so far this year. Even overtaking RE4 remake.

I've only played Wasteland 2, so I can't vouch for the sequel, but if you've enjoyed that, JA3 probably should qualify as well.

There are no aliens of course, but closest game to JA3 really is XCOM2[en.wikipedia.org] in my opinion, if you have played or at least heard of it.
