Worst experience in the game so far. There is a main building with like 7-8 guys and they will not come out until you hit a certain proximity, and it's very close as in, inside the building. So this right here sucks for this map but it also reveals that NPCs are aware of 'hidden' mercs, even if they stay hidden. You can test this easily on the map with a hidden merc. They will stay buttoned up until you traverse certain squares.
That said, once you figure out the main building is a bunch of dudes that won't come out, and you kill them...there are still other enemies that will stay put. The locked down prison areas on the surface map have 1-2 guards each that won't come out. Ever. You have to find them and kill them.
I mentioned this nonsense unrealistic AI behaviour in another thread and got told It was 100% false with no evidence. Got told I was a troll who did not know what I was talking about. Meanwhile it has happened another dozen times since. Guess I imagined all those as well.
I sniped Jackhammer 5 times in the head from a window where he couldn't reach me and he just sat there and took it.
Too bad the enemies refuse to come anywhere near!
This was a hell of a fight. Those Protector guards (and Jackhammer the warden) were TOUGH AS HELL.
I kinda hate how I keep running into these situations where I am supposed to make decisions, but I never have enough information. I have no idea if Luigi is better choice than the Boss Whatshisname, since I didn't even get to meet him yet.
You can always get The Thing after the boss fight as his body guard rarely lives thru the boss fight latter on.... However this is spoiler territory sorry.....
I love how the prisoners tried to convince you to release them. lol some of the stories. Also love how you get + rep for releasing innocents and - rep for releasing criminals.
