So I'm stuck unable to travel unless I repair the ship, but don't know where the salvage parts are?

You don't need specific parts - just any salvage. There's a bunch in the sector or just clear some enemies and salvage their weapons and gear for parts.

it says I dont have access to the ports, the captain just talks and I'm stuck i'm thinking it is bugged ?

once all the bad dudes are dealt with your Operations menu should allow you access toi "Launch Ship" option use you mechanic *you have kept Vicki alive so far,,,right spare parts in The squad Bag ?

What does using Vicki do?

Is Vicki needed to repair the Pride boat ? I have 500 parts and Limewire.. But it still says I need to repair the boat.. There aren't any hostiles in the sector.

You need to go to Sat view. Repair the ship is now a selectable operation for that sector
