Forgotten grave

Cannot find a grave for "Forgotten grave" quest. It must be in D19 but it is not appearing. Is this quest broken after the update?

From what I remember you need a machete to clear some vegetation in order to reveal the grave

Yes you need a merc with good Wisdom to notice a suspicious clump of bushes in one of the marked sectors, then you need a merc with a machete to cut the bushes away to reveal the grave.

Ok, it turned out that the grave position is random, so in another playthrough it appeared in another sector.
