Smiley Stats and Unique Ability

I tried to google it, but man, all I get is "How to recruit Smiley" copy paste articles for 3 pages. Cannot find a simple page with his stats.

Does anyone have smiley and can give me his stats and the effect of his unique ability so I can check if he fits into my roster?

dex 56 (lel)
str 73
wis 55 (kalyna levels of bad)
leadership 54 (that guy... ok then)
mm 77
mechanical 5 (prob cant start repair operation, so that´s a zero)
explo 5
medical 36

traits: automatic weapons + that chance to negate moral loss
talent: +20% hp
talent: reckless rush: "make a longer run & gun firing more shots. smiley loses energy after each use. requires an smg equipped."
energy: "bla bla" basically gets tired earlier by using this.

truly a MERC-merc, whose only use is to train militia (somewhat mediocre), who also requires a lot of work and cant even be traded off as some rednecks wife.

obviously he doesnt fit in any roster and is pretty much netflix version of meltdown, while trading the useful 30+ mechanics for useless 30+ medical and obviously not being in the universe of cool that my trailerpark mommy is in.

that said, everyone is useable with a bipoded sniper and it´s probably good karma to drag him through the desert rather than releasing this plague on arulco.

takes a lot of work, rather than simply money (with that leadership, i´d hire him ... for the right price)

however he´s an excellent excuse to shot more people.

Smiley can be recruited at start of the game, but requires two hard fights. You can blow up the door at Fleatown's church using a grenade, you can unlock him immediately by skipping quest to convince priest to open the door.

Edit: The boss fight can made easier by killing boss first before Smiley goes to boss. This can avoid the scripted combat where you are surrounded by boss's troops. Smiley will join you withing 2nd fight in that case.

He is specced more towards a stormtrooper, give him the agility buffs that gives him more free move spaces and you can close the gap and have him hose down enemies with special ammo smgs like shock or ap since the enhanced version is an improved run and gun.

Smiley when at Level 6, gets about 15 action points, enough action points for 3 x Reckless Rush. I think he passes out from exhaustion after 3.

Combat is all over in Turn 1, Smiley 3 x Reckless Rush. Entire squad of 5 Corazon Troopers are KIA. Weapon is the Commando with expanded mag, 45 x 5.56 AP ammo, enough ammo for the 3 x Reckless Rush without requiring a reload.
