How to survive the extreme biomes

I want to explore the map more but both the ice area and the fire area are impossible for me to get to without meeting my end. I would know from losing a lotta progress from death once. So how do I get the ability to survive in those areas?

Chunga root gives cold resistance, you can get it in the begining of the game as a one of two dowries from kobold princess. If you chose sacred candle instead of chunga root, go to destroyed kobold castle, then go to throne room and there will be a chest with it.

Molten core also gives you cold resistance, you can get it from Vesta the blacksmith by giving her molten rock that drops from red golems (rare enemy). Vesta is located on Rocky slope beneath Clockwork town.

CREAM accessory gives heat resistance, you can buy it from merchant princess if she stops at Frozen Stick village (If you want this accessory to travel to Oni reign - don't, it's pointless, Oni reign is not completed yet).

You can also just get a progeny that has either of these resistances, but beware though, if you switch back to knight you will still recieve damage

Also some foods give temporary resistance, don't know which merchants sell them though

Ah thank you. So molten core from the golems that spawn in the battlefield where golem princess is right? (Well used to be for me. She kinda got killed because of one of the water reigns.) I find that purple scarabs spawn a lot but only because I farm them for swirlies and drops cuz I dunno any other way to. Anyway, so for farming for the red golem what weapon should I use? The chicken sickle I have doesn't really help with killing them.

i just use any hammer weapon and swing it around
hammer attack animation doesn't stop, meaning you can swing it forever as long as you click the attack button repeatedly

in terms of damage the best hammer is POTUS mallet, you can get it by killing Hippopotus (really hard enemy) in the Jungle, he will drop Potus Snout, blacksmith Vesta can craft POTUS mallet if you have Potus Snout

she also can craft a shield from Potus Snout, but i chose the mallet

for farming swirlies i use Famly Jewels accesory that gives you 500 - 700 swirlies after sex, you can buy it from merchant princess

I got those. Is the shorty special combined with those still a good way to farm money? I tried fighting that guy. I died, so I got a dragon now and am gonna try again.

well it's certainly easier, just find a horny npc or buy a slave from the auction, raise their lewd stat a bit, and milk them for swirlies whenever you like

The way you said that doesn't sound like it's the *best* way to farm money.
