Ok, how in the world do you get Moonlight progeny?

I've tried conceiving on full moon nights, birthing on full moon nights, using the daycare with two progeny, looking around all open spots during full moon days/nights at the various random npc's and yet nothing. I've even set my clock to a day with full moon, but nothing.

After so many attempts and in game days passed, there has to be something wrong with their spawning. Does anyone else have one that they got?

Moonlight progeny is a bit more difficult to get than Spooky progeny simply due to the fact that they are dark blue. The specific time I’ve used when setting the clock was November 8th 2022, at about 9pm just in case. The way you’ll know you can get a moonlight progeny is by checking the calendar and seeing all the dates have moon events. At that point, just go around the gathering points and look for folks who are a deep blue-ish color (even if you don’t know if they are, recruit just in case and talk to the bunny girl). I did it at night just in case, and I found one at the tavern and the other at the Goblin brewery. Never seen them anywhere else if anyone else can confirm. Hope you find them dude!

I swear one of the latest patches broke moonlit, for i was already doing all of that, plus birthing and conceiving on moon festival nights, yet nothing for over 800 progeny

It’s just a very low chance, I got mine a little while ago after the recent patch, so it should be fine. It doesn’t make it easy since they’re just blue, so you might gloss over them if it’s a slime or something. It took me almost a hour for the first one I found.
