Moon Door Sewer Stuck!@#$

I have come to the door with the moon puzzle,says i need 5 items in room...still cannot go past.i have cleared above grey goblin fight also.I have 3 of the scrolls fire ice and something please help ty

One scroll is hidden in the torch that's on the west wall. I've missed that one before. There's one in the chest to the north of the door, another may be on the bookshelf south of the door. The other two I believe are rewards from beating the monsters that appear (mimics+portcullis and the four elementals).
