Rapid fire technique.
First things first, listen to this while reading:

Okay so I've got myself one of those 3D printed M9 handles for HTC Vive wands, this should be harder to pull off on Index and Occulus due to how they're built, but the handle isn't required I guess, won't hurt though.

Armor dudes were kicking my ♥♥♥ on Hard on Lilith and Requiem... until I discovered this technique, I basically delete grunts BEFORE they even have a chance to properly appear on the screen, low armor and heavy armor dudes I kill well before I get close to them, even when they were clearly intended for whipping. This might result in higher points due to all the shots you place, if I understand the pointing correctly.

Okay, here goes.
You basically are going to fan the trigger like a cowboy shooting the Single Action Army.
You use your dominant hand to hold the Wand, but you keep your finger off the trigger, insted, You fully extend it and rest on the underside of the tracking donut or keep it mid-air if it's easier.
You're going to want to keep a low, wide stance for dodging and to keep your hands as close to your body as possible in a sort of Center Axis Relock Stance

Basically like John Wick here but much lower, below your breasts even.
For shooting, you use your other hand, and you use the base of your trigger finger, using your dominant hand like a slide. You will most likely keep your trigger hand open.

Other than basically dumping 15 rounds in split of a second, I found this stance very stable, allowing me to raise my hands if I need to aim, and generally providing enough accuracy to correct my next shot with the tracers. What's more with how low and packed your stance is, youll also find dodging easier, shooting blind too, so you can focus on dodging and shoot guys you might have missed on the sides.
You probably want the hairpin/sensitive trigger. If you twitch your trigger hand just right, you have basically discovered a Turbo button in your hand and the journey made you a Red Dead Redemption™

you're basically describing bump firing.

and the stance is almost like what is called a retention stance.

while this may work, it is not an effective way to shoot, your accuracy will be poor and flexibility will be reduced. you will not be scoring very high shooting like this. the only reason it works at all is thanks to auto aim. this would be impossible to use on deadeye where you actually have to aim.

Except I mostly used it on that.
