Upgrading Wall

Can't upgrade my wall. Have all required resources and workshop level 1.

have to upgrade during the day hours...at night it wont let u upgrade anything which needs to be changed so you can upgrade any time you want

....I didn't realize even trying to upgrade at night was an option. Of course I'm trying to upgrade during the day. However, this post was made before their latest update that might have fixed a bunch of things.
