Seeking assistant mission maker with extDB3 experience.

As the title suggests, I am looking for some help with adding a database interface for stats to an existing mission using the extDB3 extension. I am looking to pay for the work.

Needed elements:
-In game graphic display and interface
-limiting specific features to whitelisted individuals
-integration to a MySQL database.
-self creation of a MySQL database, if no records or tables exist.
-calling from, and writing stats to the database on demand.
