Best Launcher for KOTH?

So I've been trying to be more versatile in my playstyle of KOTH, now using a kitted out AK-12 and would like to use a launcher to take down helis and other vehicles. Perks normally being Fatigue, Silencer, Ammo. Should I just stick with that? Are launchers not worth the perk slot? I generally like gun play, I dont really like launchers as I feel as you are vulnerable when you fire them, should I still considerable getting a launcher?

Which launcher do you think is the best?
Is there a launcher thats better to take because it sticks out less and won't make you seen easily?

RPG-7 vs. RPG-42 Alamut?
Any of the other ones?
