arma 3 pgup pgdn doesn't work

hi guys!
I have laptop and i cant zeroing because pgup and pgdn doesn't work please help me!

Rebind the keys

jarrad96 [4SFG] has Arma 3

try FN up / FN down instead of page up/ page down if re-binding them doesn't work.
