Can't Load Saved Loadouts

I save a loadout in the virtual arsenal and then when I go into the mission I click on it and the "Load" option is greyed out, but when I create other Loadouts it works, any solution?

Same issue
No idea how to fix it. Just know how to "help" it. Deleting your top loadout moves the group of loadouts that are greyed out further up.
