The AV-8B could never hover in Arma 2
And IRL, the AV-8B can hover, and if this is meant to be a realistic Mil-sim, it should replicate that.
@Zapy When the Osprey in A3 spawns, it spawns with the propellers somewhat diagonal. Though they wouldn't be able to go full-forward as you said. It would be possible for a Short Take Off with the propellers still facing diagonally, then automatically switching full-horizontal once above a certain altitude-from-ground (Perhaps 15 or 25m).
@Darkstar What you said actually just proves my point more. If Arma 2 had a toggle button, you'd be able to hover in vertical mode without it auto-switching.
