Character Models and modification
Ive been thinking about this one for some time and I'd like to suggest being able to modify the character model in the editor.

What I mean by that is have the ability to modify the height and weight of the character models. Soldiers come in different shapes and sizes and i think it would add some more depth to people making missions or trying to tell a story. Right now it seems like the models are nothing more than a bunch of t-100s. All the exact same except for their face. If you wanted to get really crazy, you could modify specific parts of the models and mod makers could get really creative with zombie/alien mods or things along those lines.

I don't think that's possible. It would probably mess up the animations and items.

Probably true, weapons would be fine, theyre the same no matter who carries them but uniforms and gear would probably be affected. Still think it would be beneficial for character development.

Unfortunately due to the way arma is made, that would require set presets and a new model for each height and weight which is a lot of work

Height I could agree on, but weight shouldn't be an option, as Soldiers are trained and fed, so they'd all be healthy.

Right, but some are bigger than others. I had a kid in my Team who was 6'9" and weighed 280 pounds. not an ounce of fat on him, just a gigantic Swede. Theyre not big because of poor fitness, some are big becasue of great fitness. Its not just the Soldier models either, it would give you some more variety for civilians etc.
