Arma 3

AI asks to engage when seeing a target/targets
when AI spots a target or group of targets, the AI with asks to engage and with one button will allow them to proceed and if any other units are in the same area, the AI will engage them as well, until they have secured the area, (no scrolling through the menu to find a yes or no) giving a play the ability to be more quick and quiet. [one button for proceed, one button for negative do not engage, and one button for disengage.]

Fire or Hold Fire pretty simple.
Just have your dudes on Hold Fire they will still call targets then if you can see the enemy hover your crosshair over enemy, it will change and you just click to attack said enemy.
You can do the same on the Map also if you cannot actually target the enemy from you position, just selcect your sqaud/team members/group, put cursor over enemy on Map and click.

I use a program called Voicebot(there are a few others, Voice Attack with Free Demo's) which translates your spoken orders in to Key presses and Macros, so simply saying, Open Fire, Hold Fire, Engage, Stealthy, Stay Frosty or whatever will make your AI do what its told(most of the time lol) without having to remember a combination of 3-4 key presses, i would seriously recommend checking it out if you use Arma AI.

You can combine 2 actual orders for example in to one simple spoken phrase, so for example if i see a group i don't want to engage but want to put my team on hold fire and into cover, instead of about 5/6 key presses i simple say a phrase like 'Squad, Go Silent Find Cover' and the AI will find cover+go into Stealth mode+Hold Fire.

No problem.
Here is the Free version.
https://www.voicebot.net/Download/

Here is the difference between Free and Paid
https://www.voicebot.net/Compare/

Here is a list of ready made Profiles you can use(its easy to create your own also)
There are already a couple for Arma3 or i could upload my own edited profile for you also

*******
You need a reasonable Mic and spend some time within Windows Speech Recognition to train it to understand your voice better.
Also i would spend some time altering some of the spoken commands you have for the game profile because you will find it recognises some spoken words better than others.

For example for me just saying '3' or '4' it will sometimes mix up so i change it to 'Select 3' and 'Select 4' which solves issue.
You just need to spend a few hours playing about to see what words work best and which ones it mixes up most and change to suit ect.

I never used those ones Major.Pain has mentioned, but this is the one that I have used many times. And it was made specifically for ARMA.

I think it's amazing. It's like Tom Clancy's End War(if you've ever played that). The commands are quick, very little confusion and spot on.

Watch the clip and make your own decision. :) (it is kind of old, but I'm 90 percent sure it still works)

Another tip for you when using voice commands for Arma is to open Task Manager and set the Arma process to High Priority, it helps a lot with voice commands response.
