It's not for everyone and not everyone makes it. Those who have what it takes can proudly call themselves SEALs and Special Warfare Combatants in this Arma 3 Communnity.

What Intrigues a lot of us to stay in it is because it is kind of a secret society that don't really notice who we are and what we do so not everybody can make it through the training, not everyone has that commitment.
You have to be a good individual first before you can be a good team player.

Our group is dedicated to maintaining a high level of expertise and realism within our operations and trainings.

We openly welcome those interested in a higher level of gameplay and skill experience than your average unit. If you are new to Arma 3, we are more than happy to accommodate you to help you learn and participate with us as well. For those who are truly interested in learning while having a fun time we have a lot to offer.

Attendance Requirements ---
A working mic
Be regularly active and maintain active communication.
Platoon members must attend half or 50% the operations.
If you can't attend an event, that's fine!
If you are out for an extended period, we require a leave of absence notice.

Age Requirements ---
18+, however we make exceptions.
We are looking for a level of maturity and professionalism.

Playstyle ---
We maintain a professional attitude on mission and during trainings.
Everything else is casual, we have fun once the serious parts are done!
We don't like to be stuck up about everything.

Role playing ---
Stay in character during all official Campaigns/deployments/Event Operations
Stay in your lane
Unit Cohesion is key, Operation Realism is key, and don't ruin the experience for others.
Remain in the assigned role you chose or was chosen for you
Adhere to all those appointed over you.
Feedback/Criticism is good but save it for Debriefs.
Issues you can't handle alone, report to your chain of command.
Battlefield Requesition is allowed only when you ran out of your own Equipment.
