Black Dagger Company is a semi-serious Arma 3 Halo milsim with the goal of having fun, organized operations without the Yes-sir/No-sir nonsense. Our ODST operations range from the Insurrection to the Human-Covenant War.
Requirements:
-Age 18+. Those younger must have a sponsor from within Black Dagger Company.
-Speak and understand Basic English.
-Able to complete our Basic training requirements within a month.

The 4th Ranger Battalion [4RB] is a milsim unit based in ArmA 3, as a realism unit we aim to play ArmA 3 using teamwork, real world tactics, and weapon systems employed by the United States Army Rangers. We do this by utilizing the experience and knowledge of our many active members including prior and active military service members and available Army Ranger knowledge. Training Pipeline All of our members are trained to the highest standards with a one day BCT and a one day RASP course. We offer flexible days and times to get you through our training pipeline. We strive to bring you up a to a standard that is enforced throughout the unit to ensure the best gameplay. Our Instructor staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to making you the best you can be. Our Roles Much like in the Rangers, our unit has a variety of roles that enable us to complete dynamic missions across all terrains and situations.

1C4X1 - Tactical Air Control Party
153A - 160th SOAR Pilot (Rotary)
Zeus - Gamemaster
Advanced Courses We offer advanced courses to allow our members to challenge themselves and learn new skills enabling them to become even more capable Rangers.

I'm from Charlie Mike. If you're interested in trying out a MilSim unit we'd be perfect for ya I promise! We're tactical and immersive, but don't have any hardcore training or attendance requirements. We only require one training it's an indoc that's geared to get you ready to go for your first op. It can be as indepth as it needs to be and we've got a bunch of people that love helping out newbies.
Typically we have one primary operation a week, on Wednesdays at 8pm EST. We do host operations on some Sundays and other days though!
You are required to have a working microphone and a legal copy of the game. But we can help you with mods and gameplay and everything!

Who are we?
The New California republic is one of the first two Fallout themed style of military simulation. We are based off the NCR from New Vegas. We are a semi serious community, we give you the seriousness during the operations and not the over the board rank, yes sir, berating or drill sergeant hoops that other units will make you jump through. We offer structure, leadership courses, friendly and active environment, and a short BCT that will be faster or slower based on experiences as it is adaptable to the player. Missions can be of various type such as... Delivering supplies, Civilian rescue, insurgency removal, town defenses, liberation of towns, airfield takeover, and much more! Our enemies will also vary from Legion, BoS , Enclave , ghouls and much more depending on the mission!
Time of Operations
We do other fun ops with different mods, or we play alive whenever they are scheduled during free days.
1st Specialized Regiment
1st Battalion Recon - This regiment is based on being the first ones deployed and to scout out objectives and to mark hostiles and or other important details for the rest of the infantry and air elements. They will use marksman rifles, sniper rifles, or Assault Carbines best fit to their mission.
4th Battalion Rangers - This regiment is the best of the best. Trained in every aspect they are few in number but trained to be adaptable to every situation including POW rescue, taking POWs, deep insertion, long range HVT assassinations, HVT Capture and much more depending on their deployment!
2nd Infantry Regiment
1st Infantry Battalion - The bread and butter behind the unit, the 1st Infantry Battalion makes up the most of the ground elements in numbers and has a variety of MOS and positions to make up for it including, Rifleman, Designated Marksman, Medic, Squad Leader, Team Leader, Anti Tank Personnel, Heavy CQB, Heavy Engineer, Heavy Medic, Heavy Weapons, and Heavy Anti Tank.
NCR Air Force Radscorpions - Our aviation element. They have a variety of aircraft at their disposal such as P-48s, B17's. Verti Bird aircraft and much more at their disposal.
