Who are we

Founded in June 2014, Task Force Dingo is a small but diverse group of people who come collectively to play Arma. Like many other communities we are like-minded players who wish to experience a certain type of game-play above what is normally seen in most games. We strive to play in a serious and tactical manner whilst still retaining that sense of fun within the game.

Many of us have been playing Arma since Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis and wish to continue to experience the challenges and fun of the series. That is our aim here at Task Force Dingo; to create not only a group of players who enjoy Arma for what it is but also to create a community that is passionate about the game.

Custom, in-house missions every Saturday produced by our talented mission makers and often midweek missions on days that suit the community.

Semi-Realism gameplay without the nonsense. No restrictions on roles, no ranks in the community, and no mandatory training getting in the way of the fun.

How/When we play;
We mainly play PvE and some optional PvP missions, with addition of Bravo company's TvT matches when possible.
Sessions take place on a mandatory level every Wednesday and Sunday at 1900 BST For our EU side and 2000 EST for US, with Optional sessions in between.

we are playing casual milsim at practice times, close to milsim, but without all the diciplin and more focus on having fun, and fun mission with various level of seriusness, (all from random stuff- to strict realistic milsim)

We do not require and past experience, and we will teach you all you need/want to know. We have multiple members with background in difrent armies around the world.

We try to keep the amount of mods we run low so the server runs as smooth as possible.

• Task Force Eclipse is a unit that is full of members from different places all over the world and hosts some of the best leadership that can be offered. We strive to provide a realistic and fun atmosphere in our operations so that everyone can have a enjoyable experience. Unlike other units,
  Task Force Eclipse isn't just a milism unit, but a community full of friends that hang out and play other games with each other for the sake of getting to know the other individual or just to have plain fun.
  
  
• The current branch that we have is the Marines, or to be more specific, the 8th Marine Expeditionary Unit and the 2nd British Para Reg. as well as the 2nd Marine Tank Battalion.
  
  
• One of the most unique things about our unit is the fact that we have many branches. Our diversity is something that many units do not have. While we may have many differnet branches we also have something completely different. We have two different individual time frames in our unit that focus on different conflicts. We have the Modern Time Frame, which consists of all the branches mentioned earlier. Our other timeframe takes place in Vietnam, where one of the most brutal wars the US has been involved in was. In this timeframe, you will be given the chance to discover a completely new way of milism gaming. From the jungles to the shores, all participants will be apart of the 4th Cav Company, or may opt to be apart of the Vietnam air wing or join the Naval logistics group.
  
  Both timeframes are seperate from each other and you may choose to be apart of one or both.

Combined Araxsys Action Team
C.A.A.T. is a modern Arma III Tactical Realism project based on (not limited to) Special Operations Forces from all around the world.

A unit that seeks to take advantage of Arma III’s fullest potential by removing the limitations of military simulation and enabling a fictional roleplay that may vary from operation to operation.

A unit that on its structural foundations is organized by a total of 2 official ranks and 1 for guests: Friend, Trainee, Operator.
Meanwhile, it consists in producing active training and Small Unit Tactics classroom sessions by offering over 10 specified certifications at the Operator level, including:
Air Assault School, Designated Marksman School, Sniper School, Forward Observer School, Tactical Employment of Machine Guns, Team Leadership School, Squad Leadership School, Combat Medic School, Demolitions Specialist School, Advanced Close Quarters Combat, amongst many others. (All schools created by ex/ current military professionals or legit small unit tactics manuals enthusiasts).
Certifications determine priority on team positions during official campaign operations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The unit uses a custom modpack that includes award winning mods like
Red Hammer Studios: AFRF-USAF-GREF, Ace 3, Taskforce Radio, etc. amongst several others. This creates a more challenging, varied and immersive experience.

[Australian Special Forces [SASR] [COALITION]
This is an announcement to all players of Arma 3 who is looking for a unit to join.

Here at the SASR we are looking for warm, friendly, professional and mature players. We have plenty of spots available to fill. Full training will be provided to any new players. We have currently teamed up with two other units, RAAF and RAN to provide our playerbase an imersive and fun campaign.

In this campaign all three units must work together to complete a single objective in this campaign. Our work as SASR is the ground team. We complete certain tasks like hostage/HVT extraction, Clearing out compounds, assasinations, infiltrations and the list goes on.

We ourselves, the unit, are a warm bunch of guys who want to have fun in an organised way. We will take anyone as long as you are mature and committed to RP when needed.
