Looking for a unit or group who either play tactical OPs or military simulation OPs.

Been a while since I've played in a unit, looking to get back into it all again as I am missing the fun of it.

Former co-ordinator and Mod manager of 2 units and extensive experience in ArmA and other tactical shooters.

Euro based but don't mind US time zones, currently can only play weekends (though may be open to week play depending on times of play).

We operate starting at 1900 (5PM) EST, and missions or training's never go over 2 hours.

Lagoria Marine Corps, custom nation unit.

Why custom? Because we were bored of your standard US/UK/RUS units, so we crated our own nation which just so happens to fight in every war that happend/can think of. We also made us poor so we dont have the latest tech (so in a Vietnam scenario we are more like South Vietnamese then US)

We changes eras between 2 campaigns (Currently doing 80s in Africa, next one is still undecided but it will be either Vietnam or early 2000 or even HALO).

We dont have Yes,sir/No, sir ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t, but have structure (Platoon leader, Squad Leads, etc). Training is only for people new to ARMA or new to mods or milsim. There is a platoon training once a month that is not mandatory and its mostly an excuse to play more arma while teaching rookies the ropes

We play on Sundays at 15h EST/20h GMT/21h CET, we have joint ops once a month on Saturdays at the same time. Other days we play other games together (DayZ, Insurgency, Sterallis, HOI4, Rising Storm 1/2, Golf it, etc) or more ARMA if we are up for it

Disclaimer: Task Force 181 is a newly formed unit, which will be based on maturity, cohesion, and tactics. Good men, and good games. We are veteran operated with over 70% of our members being vets, active duty or first responders.

What We Strive to Accomplish: TF 181 will be a tight knit community centered on good laughs and realistic game play. The core focus of the group will be small unit tactics and solid communication. We use a rank system based on time in game vs time in unit.

Training: We are looking for the best we can find. We will accept no less through our doors. For our ODA unit we have a small but rigorous selection process, not “bootcamp” or “SOI”. If you pass you will be selected as a Candidate for our group, with full permissions. Once you prove yourself and earn an MOS, you will earn a permanent spot in our unit. For our airwing there is an interview process, if selected your candidacy will begin. There is no basic training here, if you don't know your stuff, you need not apply.

Operations (Sundays at 2000est): Been to CLAfgan 50 times this week to fight "ISIS"? Not here. Operations will span the Arma Verse and put our members up against Conventional and Unconventional Threats. From Ultra Nationalist in Chernarus to the Cartel In Tanoa. We will have a wide variety of mission based on the specific Special Forces skill set, not one of an Infantry Company.

Requirements: Everyone will be considered on a case by case basis. I am looking for Active/Former Military/Police or VERY experienced arma players. You must be 18 or older NO EXCEPTIONS. You must be patient and willing to help. Everyone must bring something to the table.

The 1st Battalion 17th Infantry Regiment is a dedicated tactical realism unit in Arma3, based around the Stryker platform. Striving to utilize Realistic, Conventional tactics, and combined with dedicated members and support staff, the 17th creates an enjoyable and challenging atmosphere.
