Good Units?

Hi! I'm trying my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ utmost to find a good unit; to no avail so far. Most units that have interested me, required me to be 18 or older, and although I believe myself to have my head properly on my shoulders, I am not 18.
Does anyone know of any Units that are of decent size, and let 16 year old's in? Honestly, I don't really care what the unit is about, I'm more or less just interested in a community that isn't as incompetent and backwards stupid as public Zeus servers (I know, my standards are not high)

Naval Special Warfare Group 2 is an established unit that has been around since 2016 and has been focusing on replicating military operations and tactics as accurately as possible since then. We make it our priority to offer the most hardcore, realistic environment one can find.
The unit is structured accurately to the real-world counterpart and houses multiple detachments within it. These detachments, all with a purpose replicate the capabilities of NAVSPECWARGRU2 at the highest level possible.

SEAL Team 4, Charlie Platoon

Description
SEAL Team 4 is our primary mission unit, with capable operators who have undergone a long and intensive training, the platoon can operate anywhere in the world, in Sea, Air, or Land. The platoon is tasked with Direct Action, Special Reconnaissance, Unconventional Warfare, Counter-Terrorism Operations, Counter-Drug Operations, Personnel Recovery, and Foreign/Domestic Security.
Any operator wishing to become part of this elite team will undergo the Special Warfare Operator Pipeline, giving them the credited SO rate.
Training
In order to be accepted into the team, the aspiring candidate will either enlist or commission into the US Navy, from there they will go to their respective schools (OCS, etc.).
Following this, a candidate will be placed into a Special Warfare Operator Pipeline Class, Here they will complete a 62-day intensive pipeline that will teach them everything that is needed to operate in a SEAL Team.
The candidates will undergo the following phases:

• NSW Indoctrination
  
• Basic Underwater Demolitions - 1st Phase
  
• Basic Underwater Demolitions - 2nd Phase
  
• Basic Underwater Demolitions - 3rd Phase
  
• Parachute Jump School
  
• SEAL Qualification Training
  
• SERE School

After this, the candidates will earn their tridents and be recruited into the platoon into their respective positions and will begin conducting Advanced Training before their first deployment cycle.

TACDEVRON 2, 1 Troop

Description
TACDEV, unofficially known as SEAL Team 6, is a tier-one special missions unit operationally assigned to JSOC. TACDEVRON 2, otherwise known as Red Squadron is a primary assault force within TACDEV and is responsible for high threat missions all over the world. The troop is tasked with highly specialized missions such as High Threat Counter-Terrorism Operations, Hostage Rescue, Special Reconnaissance, and Direct Action,
Training
In order to be accepted into TACDEVRON 2, an individual will need to have fulfilled the following requirements:

• Have 1-year of service within a SEAL Team
  
• Serve 2 deployments within a SEAL Team
  
• Be eligible for suitable clearance

If these requirements are met, the operator will fill out a special request chit and begin his application process into the Operators Course known as Green Team. Here the individuals will be evaluated and will learn advanced tactics.

Who are we?

We are a United States Armed Forces Arma group that specializes in Combined Arms Warfare. We are a semi serious community with over 35 active members "All Fight No Fluff."

We have four divisions in 5th Column:

We are the only community that's an in depth WW3 storyline with constantly moving battlelines and lore.
