24th Special Tactics Squadron CCT/TACP - Looking to join milsim unit

Hello. I am a new PC player swapping over from console. I have had several years of milsim experience on console and am looking for an Arma 3 milsim unit to join here in the coming months while my PC is being built. I am however very familiar with Arma 3 having watched the game and the modding community grow for about 6 years now. I have always operated within special operations units in past milism experiences and am looking for the same in Arma.

Within most Tier 1 units (such as Delta Force, DEVGRU and 75th Ranger Regiment), there are times when a member of the 24th Special Tactics Squadron (the USAF Tier 1 unit assigned to the Joint Special Operations Command {JSOC}) will be attached to the unit to help facilitate a Combat Controller (CCT) & Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) role to help:

Combat Controller:
- Coordinate with aviation elements in establishing runways and landing zones behind enemy lines
- Coordinate infil / extract routes and zones outside the wire on a variety of mission types

Tactical Air Control Party:
- Coordinate with friendly air assets for close air support (CAS)

I am looking to provide a Tier 1 Arma 3 milsim unit with the advantages and the added immersion of having a 24th STS operator within their unit. If there are any Delta Force, DEVGRU or 75th Ranger Regiment milsim units that are looking / open adding this kind of role to their group, I would be happy to discuss joining your unit.

PsychoGuys is an EU Based Semi-milsim unit that focuses on Combined Arms. We mostly do small scale Zeus missions, with emphasis on immersion and realism.

Requirements

We have 3 events however if you inform us in our discord by our simple system you can be excused from the OP. If one can rarely attend official operations, we also accept people as reserves which come with fewer commitments.

Our age requirement is 16+ but we may make an exception if you behave maturely contact our NCO or CO for that. All members should be able to speak and understand English commands and conversation.

4th MARINE RAIDER BATTALION REALISM UNIT

The 4th Marine Raider Battalion Realism Unit is based on the real life Marines of MARSOC and USSOCOM. Our attached units include “Nightstalkers” aviation element; Navy SARCs; and, Marines from the Special Operations Support Battalion.

We operate in US Central TZ. We only accept mature people, 18+. In the field we are as professional and realistic as possible, just like actual close knit spec ops teams are in real life. We are a well established unit that has been in existence since 2015. We are the best of the best.

Task Force 57, Milsim Unit

We're looking for operators to fill up our existing elements: DEVGRU, 1st SFOD-D, and 24th STS. DEVGRU and Delta will be infantry units and the 24th STS will be our Infantry/Air to Ground Unit. We expect Operators from the 24th to handle the Ground to Air communications and the CAS/Transport. Operators from the 24th Will be running along side with the other units on ground operations. Only Dedicated pilots wont be expected to fight on the ground.
The type of missions we do are focused on asymmetrical (we outnumbered vs alot of enemys) infantry type CQB missions. We play these kind of missions because it pushes people to their limits and basically FORCES them to work together. some example missions are:

- Counter-terrorism
- Security
- Reconnaissance
- Direct Action
- Unconventional Warfare
- Hostage rescues
- HVT manhunts
- Counter-proliferation

We don't work with ranks or don't require you to speak with sir. We do however follow and listen to whatever the SL says.
Our ops are daily if people are online and wanna play some dynamic missions. In the weekends will the more story driven missions be played. None of them are mandatory but we do expect you to be active as much as you possibly can

About The 2nd Division:
The 2nd Division is a UK/EU-based Realism unit. It is a new unit that is aiming to grow player numbers. The 2nd Division is made up of 17 Squadron RAF and Army Air Corps and light, Medium and Heavy armoured attachments Household Cavalry SCIMITAR and King Royal Hussars Challenger 2 and Warrior Tracked vehicles. We also use the Royal Army Medical Corps, Royal Logistics Corps, and the 5 Rifles Infantry regiment.

What can you expect if you enlist?
All new members will be subject to our Infantry Training Course. What to expect in the Infantry Training Course you will learn how to use ACE, Basic ACE Medical, KAT medical, Formations map reading and more. The freedom of our operations will allow for more dynamic scenarios and different more original outcomes with actual people making the decisions in the field instead of the more classic point to point mission accomplished approach and reuse and recycle
