Hey, there guys I'm an experienced medic looking for a new group of people to run with, I have 222 hours in Arma 3 and I've used kat medical extensively. I'm in the Central US time zone and I'm 21 not looking for spec ops just regular infantry stuff really.

Who are we?

Strategic Command aims to provide the foundation for multiple units of the British Armed Forces to operate, organise and participate in massive Joint Operations. Each unit within Strategic Command aims to provide a realistic experience along with an enjoyable time. We are always looking for people to help out, therefore we offer staff roles to everyone in StratCom, no matter what your rank or unit. 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division

Who are we?:
2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division(2ndBCT,10thMD) originally began back in 2017 with a group of 7 guys. Mostly composed of military or prior service members looking to up bring a unit to fit a realistic fighting and training style. Early 2019, we shut down due to a financial issue with server cost and such. The staff team came back together October of 2019 to revamp and kick back off bigger and better.

Requirements for standard enlistment:

Training Pipeline
All soldiers who enter 2ndBCT, 10thMD will undergo Basic Combat Training. From there, you then will branch off into your specific schools for your MOS. Those who have verified military service are granted a waiver for their Basic Combat Training, however are encouraged to attend if new to Arma to assist them in the first time set up.

1st Ranger Battalion Introduction

The 1st Ranger Battalion is a Arma realism unit representing a 75th Ranger Regiment Battalion from the U.S. Army Rangers. We are a mature and active group of players. Our operations focus on direct action, urban combat, airborne, air assault operations and more.

New to Arma 3? No problem. The unit's core members are experienced in training and will be happy to show you the basics of Arma and answer any questions you have.

Training in the 1st Ranger Battalion

Training will focus on three phases, the first phase will consist of basic knowledge and gameplay. If you have the fundamentals already down you can skip this portion with a detailed test. Second phase will consist of training for your occupation ie Assaulter, Marksman, Medic, etc. Third phase is an advanced course with a final test designed to make you flexible within our unit under high stress operations.

Training is another important aspect of the 2nd Battalion as we strive to use squad-based tactics and teamwork. We strive to use actual military training that comes from active military personnel in our group. Training days are every Wednesday at 7:00 pm est. We also have basic trainings every Monday and Friday at 7:00 pm est.
For new recruits, Basic Combat Training is the first course that will be attended. It must be attended as soon as possible. This covers basic topics such as tactics, weapons handling, radio communication, and the ACE system. After BCT, members have the option of pursuing the different MOS listed below.

The 173rd Airborne is an established MilSim unit based on the real-world 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, an airborne infantry brigade combat team of the United States Army currently based in Vicenza, Italy. Our Unit prides itself in being the premier airborne & light infantry MilSim unit in the Arma 3 community.
