The 212th is first and foremost a milsim, but with a heavy emphasis on Star Wars. Our unit is more than one thousand members strong on Steam, and we're constantly growing. We host main operations at 17:00 EST on Fridays and Saturdays and 15:00 EST on Sundays. Fun ops are hosted just about every day of the week and often vary in theme, including Star Wars, Warhammer 40K, WW2, Halo, and a few more. We have members from around the world and we do our best to accommodate for time zone differences, so you'll always get a chance to join an op. Attendance is not mandatory for any given op, but we strongly encourage it.

We have opportunities to learn and run Zeus, provide feedback on mission planning, experience and potential future scenarios, assist with community building and recruiting, and leveraging tech knowledge to improve our unit's overall experience.

You can add me as a friend on Steam, as well, if you would like to ask me any questions.
It would be cool to meet up and play a few ops with us to get an idea of who we are and what we do.

NATO Quick Reactionary Force - Europe, Middle East and Africa
We're a unit based on a fictional NATO battlegroup, operating in multiple key regions. We strive for realism, milsim to semi-roleplay, but that doesn't mean we're harsh on requiring everyone to be oh-so-serious over the top, we enjoy messing around as anyone else.
NQRF-EMEA has currently 5 nations based in it:
United States of America - 14 units, with US Army Aviation Wing, USAF for air support and special forces combined.
United Kingdom - 6 units, with special forces, army aviation and royal air force combined
Czech - 5 units, with special forces, airforce combined.
Germany - 5 units with special forces, airforce and army aviation combined.
Canada - 4 units with special forces and army aviation combined.
All of these nations have regular infantry as their main units.
The only requirements we have are to
Be a team player.
Have some understanding of proper communication.
Dedication and activity.
Of course, not everyone can keep playing arma 3 all the time, so we don't mind inactivity.

The 312th Elite Tactical Company is a semi-serious (trained but not military-strict) starsim group. We have a weekly scheduled mission and other missions throughout the week. There is a short basic combat training to get you accustomed to the mods that we use followed by a short mission to apply what was taught. We’ve got a friendly atmosphere, are user-friendly to both new and experienced players, and have a lot of different battlefield roles that you can learn and play as. Our timezone is EST, but we welcome west coast players, too.
In infantry you can be a rifleman, support gunner (LMG), assault trooper (AT), marksman (sniper), combat medic, grenadier (explosives-based anti-infantry), or a combat engineer (demolitions). In aviation and armor you can be a fixed or rotary pilot or tank crew.
If you have any questions or are interested in joining, then send me a friend request on discord and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. I hope to see you in the unit and to help you get what you want out of Arma 3. Lihaun#5608

That you have a legal copy of Arma 3, are willing to use Teamspeak 3 with Task Force Radio, are over the age of 16, and are at least able to attend most operations (though we do understand people are busy and allow people to submit LOAs before missions).
- How many people come each week?
We have an average attendance of 30+ people per day, 1/3 of which usually playing as support elements such as armor and aviation while the rest fill positions in the infantry as marines.

Most of our members are based out of North America, and as such our operations and training stay in the area of 5pm-10pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) with our main operations starting at 7pm EST every Saturday.

We shoot for 2+ hours as it's enough time to brief, deploy, execute, and exfil from a multi-objective mission without making the mission seem tedious or drawn out.
- Do you have automatic, or user-made missions?
We have both! Our Saturday operations are always hand-made by the Zeus and follows a storyline put in place by our Creative Team that transpires over several weeks which we call "Campaigns". However, when there are no trainings or operations happening we do host an OPTRE-based Liberation on our main server for people to enjoy whenever they'd like.
- Command staff and senior enlisted that listen to all opinions, regardless of rank or experience
- Customizable armor and dress uniforms for personalization both on the frontline and during debriefing

Introduction
Task Force 373 is a unit made up of the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Group, the U.S. Army's 160th Special Operation Aviation Regiment, and the U.S. Marine Corps 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines. The unit was started by 15th MEU ARMA 3 Realism members, U.S. Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy Veterans. Task Force 373 is a unit that operates on realistic military tactics when it comes to infantry maneuvers, CAS and radio communications. We are a group of mature like minded players who want to play ArmA right. Implementing the right mix of realism and fun to achieve an enjoyable atmosphere. No drama welcome. We have a selective recruiting process that is not based off of prior ARMA/ACE knowledge but off of character, dedication, and the willingness to learn.
Recruitment process
To begin the process, you will submit an application on our website, at which point a recruiter will contact you for an interview. The interview isn't based off of past experience but of character. Upon being accepted, you will be filed into your correct MOS and your training will begin.
Training
If you have ever been in another ARMA 3 Realism unit you have probably gone through some form of training. Re-training on the same basic tactics is boring and wasteful. At TF 373 we will give you a basic check on learning to make sure you know the basics and then will move on to more unit specific training that is less common. If you are knowledgeable about this you can be waived on it as well. As a realism unit we do hold weekly training sessions that are kept fun and productive to the weekly operation. Example: If we are doing ship raids, we will practice ship raids.
Unit Organization
3rd Battalion, 5th Marines

Tasked with objectives such as town seizures, route clearance, and hearts and minds, 3/5 carries the majority of the workload for Task Force 373.
NSWDG: Red Squadron

This section of the unit has a pipeline designed to teach NATO standard 9 Line and 5 Line CAS and flight. Some of the airframes that 160th employs are the MH-60L BlackHawk, MH-6M and AH-6M Little bird and many others. 0372 Critical Skills Operator
Critical Skills Operator, or CSO, is the Marine MOS for their MARSOC Marines, the Marine Raiders. CSOs train on a variety of weapons platforms and tactics, and are all dive and freefall certified. This is the "infantry" MOS of our unit, where you'll see most of members and most of your time behind a rifle or machinegun.
HM-8403 Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman
Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsmen, or SARCs, are the Navy's Special Operations capable Corpsmen, attached to MARSOC teams in field. They provide first aid, triage and continuing care until CASEVAC is possible to wounded Marine Raiders and their partners. They are also highly trained operators capable of the full series of missions MARSOC undertakes, being an operator of the team first, and medical only when needed. SARCs will complete ITC and a subsequent Fleet Medical Training Battalion class.
003A Student Pilot, Rotary Wing Aviator
Rotary Wing Aviators provide pilots and gunners to our 160th SOAR rotary assets. These airframes include MH-6, MH-47 and MH-60s for transport purposes, and AH-6, MH-60 DAP and AH-64s for close air support. Pilots will complete both ITC and a subsequent flight training program.
8002 Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC)
A JTAC is a certified service member, who from a forward position directs the action of combat aircraft engaged in close air support (CAS), and other offensive air operations.
About our Unit
The 3rd Marine Raider Battalion Realism Unit that strives to replicate the missions and combat style of our real life counterparts, while also maintaining a fun but challenging mindset towards missions. Our Unit boasts a selection of varied roles within our ground elements, including SARCs and JTACs. We also incorporate an Aviation detachment separated into Rotary and Fixed Wing, each flying varying airframes ranging from transport to heavy hitting CAS like the A-10C or the MH-60L DAP.
Attendance
We operate weekly depending on what team you’d like to join. Operation times are mostly on Sundays at 2000EST however we have a Saturday team that operates every Saturday at 1500EST. Within each team there are additional weekly team trainings and element trainings, so there’s always plenty of opportunities to play ArmA.
Missions
Being a special operations unit gives us a lot of freedom to playout many different roles on the battlefield, including HALO jumping from a C-130 behind enemy lines to helocasting into the ocean and taking small submarines to the shore line and infiltrating enemy compounds, to more conventional operations such as fast roping in to assist bluefore forces already in the field. The 3dMRB also offers in depth and story driven deployment periods as well as a realistic FTX cycle in between deployments while our S-2 Department creates a new and interesting deployment cycle each and every time.
New To The ArmA Realism Scene
Don’t worry! Our in depth and inclusive training program makes it easy for even people new to the game to get the knowledge they need to succeed and feel included in the community. Our unit offers a 2-phase training program, and additionally has extended training programs for additional MOS’s such as SARCs, JTACs, or Aviation.
Requirements
To become a full member, we ask that you complete orientation with a member of our staff. Orientation is an informal rundown of ACRE and ACE usage, although we are more than happy to teach the basics to those new to the game.
Minimum Age Required: 17 years old. (NO WAIVERS OR EXCEPTIONS GRANTED)
Must have a valid copy of ArmA 3 and a valid Player ID. An invalid or missing Player ID will result in your application not being processed.
Must have Teamspeak 3 and a working microphone.
