Currently Best Arma 3 RPG/Life/Modded RP? | Active Community | Well Populated | 2017

I have been playing recently a fair bit on some Arma 2 Modded RP servers that still have surprisingly good populations, some even have TFR, but now I just really want to come back to Arma 3. I've seen some discussions similar to this but they seem to all be pretty old and a little outdated. It's mid 2017 and now i'm a little confused by the all the RP communities than I was just a year ago. I honestly need the community's help.
I'm really not looking for another Alitis Life server to be linked to. Malden life seems too be doing very well for just a new mission file with no mods but it's really not as great as say Takistan Life was (rip). I have been looking around and here is what I found so far that seems to have a great active community waiting for me:

This was sadly all I could find for Arma 3 Modded RPG servers. It's very hard to tell what servers still have an active and populated community. I'm not really looking forward to the huge process of getting whitelisted but if it's required to get a good RP server then I will. I'm also not really wanting to purchase membership for Arma 3 PL but I thought I put it on the list since it is relatively new. FYI I have all the DLC for Arma except DLC Bundle 2 so I can very well play on servers like CityLife.
I really need the community's opinion on this because it is sad to see a sort of midlife crisis with Arma 3 RP servers. Maybe there is an Arma 3 community that's not RPG but a sort of regiment with events that I should play instead of these servers because I do enjoy PVP. Please tell me what your thoughts and what servers are currently in a healthy state that could be right for me or anyone else looking for an Arma 3 RP community.

Projectlife Is rly cool the Stuff they have developed is mind blowing but 30$ thats like an brand new game is to much for me 5$ okay but 30 no Than i rather would go with nopixel or city life

Really it has not gotten better for Arma 3 RP. But PsiSyn life is doing alright which is cool...

no pixel no longer is an arma server it is a gta rp sever there is only really city life and project life

One of the best, if not the best server I have played on. I would highly recommend these server to anyone.

We're not the best we're very new but check us out :D

We're a relatively new community that has just started up within a weeks span. Me and a team of people that I've formed some awesome relationships with have gotten together to create what we believe is a good community, and are only trying to learn more and progress during the time owning the community. We have a great developer team and a staff team that is slowly gaining more members.

I want to create an environment just like the old days, life studios, people would get on and try to RP, rather than everyone getting on just for frags, while anyone can play on our server that is the environment i'd like to recreate.

As well as I don't hide in my office all day and enjoy messaging SEVERAL members of the community and interacting with everyone on the daily.

We also understand that real life comes first, and you should always prioritize that over arma.

If you're interested in joining we're currently on Crystal Shores, featuring a relatively new framework with little to no bugs I know of.

Our developer team has done an outstanding amount of work for the little amount of time we've been up and I greatly appreciate it.
