Action Menu

Hi Guys, any idea where the 'action menu' key is?
It's saying mouse wheel down.. NOPE! - nothing comes up. I've looked in the control config menu and its not listed?

Tried just about pressing every key going.. cant find it??? - OHH I'm playing the solo game if it makes any difference.

The action menu is controlled by scrolling up or down or pressing spacebar. Note that if you do not have any actions to perform, it will not appear. No, playing the solo game makes no difference. This is a surefire way to see if your action menu is actually going to appear provided there is an action to perform: Press I, drop any item such as your gun on the ground, aim it on the ground after closing the inventory, scroll wheel up or down. It should appear on the left. If not, please tell me. If this works, please state that it is solved.

Am injured badly, i have med kits it is not dependent on whether or not you CAN do something it just straight up DOES NOT show up

Sometimes when I load into a server, this happens to me and I can't do anything until I leave and rejoin. Just a bug I guess
