What offline modes?

Just bought Arma 3, going to download it when I can. As one of the less fortunate people on this planet, I don't usually have a good Internet connection, if any. So here's my question; what offline modes are in the game? I know there's a good singleplayer campaign, but aside from that I'm clueless. Can the multiplayer sandbox mode be played offline with the AI? Thanks in advance, and sorry if it's a dumb question!

There's a whole bunch of scenario singleplayer missions that you can downlaod off of the workshop, so they dont come with the game. Multiplayer sandbox can be played offline but you will have to start it as a local server and select the mission as if you were going to play with others in your house.
