Where is it cant seem to find it in zeus

In order to access the contents of the Expeditionary Forces CDLC you must make sure that it is checked.

The only CDLC where you have access to its contents without having it checked first is the Contact CDLC. Both the map and the contents of the Contact CDLCs are available via the Eden Editor and Zeus without having the CDLC specifically selected.

All the other CDLCs must be selected before you can access their contents via the Eden Editor or Zeus.

i did select it and can find everything new but not the new static ship

Look under props (where you select side blufor / opfor )
Structures(EF) / static ships
Or type under props search for Amphibious warfare ship

With the Expeditionary Forces CDLC selected you can find the new static vessels under Objects (F1) / Props / Structures (EF) / Static Ships.

If you also intend to use the new Combat Vessels on the new static Amphibious Warfare Ship you will need to use the Combat Boat Cradle which can be found under Objects (F1) / Props / Structures (EF) / Seaport.
