Will this setup run ArmA3 at Ultra High?

Was wondering if this setup that will be shown below be able to run ArmA3 on highest settings? I'm aware FPS decreases as things get serious as I have over 600 hours on but I've been playing on a Laptop with fairly good settings and such but have now aquired enough money to purchase a high end gaming setup.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: A-Data Premier Pro SP600 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card

I'll also be streaming and such so keep that in mind. Thanks in advance for the help to come. I'm no Computer wizz when it comes to building but I had a few friends whom are Computer Engineers to get something setup for me so just wanted to see what yall thought.

I have the similar hardware, only my CPU is 4790k and clocked at 4 ghz, and different mbo, the game's auto detect put the settings to ultra. I usually have min. 20-25 FPS, and the game-play feels fine.
