Where would i put SQS files?

I downloaded two mods from armahaloic. http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=24099 and http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=24100&highlight=U.S%2BPACK they both came with only one pbo file each.I put them in the add ons folder.I didn't make a folder that looks like "@whatever".When I go into the editor it says something about missing a picture.And I went to the VR arsenal and I did see the US packs and the Sp thingy,but they were blank and when i would try to put them on I would be invisible.The files did include some pictures but I deleted them.The SP pack came with a folder called SP_Pack.Startis.It includes Bluefor.sqs,Gear.sqs,Independent.sqs,and Opfor.sqs and one mission.sqm file.What do i do with those files?And the Us pack came with US_Pack.sqs and one mission.sqm.They're not in expansions either.And that's all.Thanks.And the message says "Picture \us_pack\Icon.jpg not found"

That's an uncompressed mission folder, I'm guessing a test mission to try out the addons? Goes into the Missions folder.

Also, it's bad practice to just put mods into the addons folder. Always use the @whatever method
