Night Vision blur?

I've been ttrying to look for resolutions but I can't seem to find someone with my exact problem.
When using any NV goggles, my entire sight is blurry and I cant really see anyone over 100m, I can only shoot judging by their muzzle flash.

I have L3-GPNVG18 Panoramic Night Vision mod that I thought was altering my sight, but even when removed I still cannot see far.

You might be running a mod that affects the quality of night vision- many mods will blur your night vision google- examples that might affect your NVGs include ACE3, AGM, Enhanced Movement, or it could be a server side script- its possible to force all players on a server to have blurred night vision.

You were right. Enhanced Movement has an option for NVGs, when turned off it displays normally. Thanks
