Day/night cycle singlplayer

Can i, and how can i change day and night cycle?
When i start patrol missions i`d like to compete one of them at night time. How i can change it?

in game pres Esc and then Camera, at the right you can see some options one is for the time settings

The game has real-time changes by default- If you just wait around for time to pass you can get different times of day (or if you are playing singleplayer, press - = on the keyboard, that is accelerate/ decelerate time, up to 4x)
The camera method works fine for editor and mission making, but it's rare that missions will allow it all the time.
