Can AI see in the dark without NVGs?

Not very well, but yes.

Depends on the map, really. I did a Vietnam related test the other day. On RHSPKL, they can see like it's broad daylight even when I can't see my hand in front of my face. On the other hand, on Cam Lao Nam (from the DLC) they're blind as bats.
