Arma III is a memory hog, and 8 GB of RAM is the absolute minimum required to run Arma III.
It is pretty obvious that your view distance is set too far away for the amount of memory you have. It explains why you are getting less than 60 FPS.

I'm running a Ryzen 7 3700X, a GTX 1080, with 32 GB of RAM. Even with 50+ mods loaded I'm getting between 70 and 80 FPS. My overall viewing distance is set to 2.5 km, and my object viewing distance is 1.5 km. And that is without using a garbage collecting mod.
NOTE: The Advance Garbage Collector works by changing all the dead bodies to the same object (a dead body in a body bag) which reduces the amount of memory consumed. It won't help improve your FPS if you have no dead bodies. So only use AGC if your FPS starts out fine, and then drops when you start killing AI. If your FPS starts out poor at the very beginning of the game, then using AGC will not help.
With 20 mods loaded, a view distance of 2.5 km, an object distance of 1.5 km, and a shadow distance of 150 meters, I'm getting 143-144 FPS with just Options open. That was with all the options set to the highest possible settings.
When I run one of my missions, which are loaded with a bunch of objects, my FPS drops by about half.
Your graphics card is better than mine, but Arma III is not a graphic intense game. It is a memory hog with unbalanced threading. Any Ryzen 7 can handle it easily. The only real difference between your PC and mine is memory.

My profile name is "Mac."
Like I said, that drops to just about half, or somewhere between 70 FPS and 80 FPS when I'm actually running a mission and not just in Options.
I can also look at the floor and get over well over 150fps
And also is in the title of the thread, It is the most known Arma 3 benchmark tool there is!🤦♂
Really no need to act defensively, It is such a simple request the op asked from you twice.
I asked as op asked you for to run a YAAB benchmark, You said "I just did." and then said 143fps, if hadn't of asked the op might be thinking he should be getting 143fps in YAAB too, Good job i did ask to clear things up, Really not sure why you're being so hostile? I have no problem with your benchmark just wanted to make sure the op wasn't lead down the wrong path that's all.
