"you now own an arma 3 server" message

While playing in game quite a few players received the message "You now own an arma 3 message" it shows up like the DLC ads that appears in the middle of the screen. Has anyone else experienced this and able to shed some light on it?

I have of course checked dlc page and my own paypal activity and there is nothing.

ANy help would be great.

I, along with most of the guys in my milsim, have also received this same message. No idea here.
