I think it is down for maintenance, i cant access it either, as im on it everyday, makes me sad but its rare for this to happen, i think wait and see til morning whatever that is for you, for me its 2:38am, and the forums really dont get active til about 7am so some time.
I first thought it was a settings issue, but then every other forum i go to works np, so ya i think maintenance might be it, and maybe an update to fix or adjust something.
