Is Malden better than Altis?

I ask this question, Is Malden better than Altis? You may be wondering what I mean, I'll explain.

Does the community believe Malden is better than Altis? Malden is the most beautiful island I've played on, I mainly play Vanilla like KOTH, Wasteland, Annex and Conquer and Roleplay, and it has some of the most amazing Villia's/Mountains. And beat of all, it was free.

I wanted to ask this, do you think Malden is a better map than Altis. And do you enjoy playing on Malden more than Altis?

Better in function? Depends on what you're doing/want from it!

In terms of looks? That comes down to each persons taste, Myself thinks Malden looks ok but nothing special, and like a lot of other maps much more than it!

Thank you for the imput. I like Malden myself because it has an Italian/French Vineyard. I also like using Gendermarie on Malden since I don't own Tanoa.

Altis is the best map for Arma 3. Mainly because what Bohemia did to make it as accurate as Lemnos IRL.

Fun fact: The BI Crew that went to Lemnos (and Stratis but i forgot Startis IRL name) were arrested for espionage.

Thank you for that information. I had heard they got arrested, they did a really good job recreating Lemnos and Stratis.

Another fun fact: You can actually maneuver trough Lemnos IRL if you know Altis by heart.

Fun fact, I actually had an easier time remembering the map of Altis then the map of Mafia 2.

Fun fact, Limnos is 75% bigger than Altis is, yet you can still reference the map while traveling there. Most of the cities have been renamed though.

Lemnos is not 75% bigger than Altis, Altis is 75% of the scale of Lemnos!
