The lynx uses 12.7mm 5round mags
No you cant disable wind
There is no 25x nightstalker and you cant change it

APDS is top dog. You can boost a scope's magnification through scripting and it's possible you saw that scope on a scripted server. You can turn wind off through ACE module settings. Press esc while in-game and it'll be there under your normal settings.
