Does my potato run this game?
Windows 8.1 64bits
1TB HDD
8 GB RAM
Nvidea geforce 820m 2gb dedicated VRam
i7 5500U dual core 2.40 with turbo to 3.00

Its ok for me if i have to play all on LOW but will it run?


Is the multiplayer vs AI or other real players?

My bet is that it'd run OKish on low, your GPU is really quite weak for gaming. How do you do in other games?

Overwatch, all LOW, 1260res and 75% render scale: 40-60 FPS, but if i cap it on 40 it stays
allways on 40


BF4: textures medium, rest is LOW, res is 1336x, 40-60 FPS


CS GO almost everything is maxed out, 60+ fps

I got an idea. I will play Arma on my HD 4000 iGPU and 2 cores (with HT) activated on my i7 3770. Your 820m is just slighly faster than my integrated GPU. I'll report back soon.

OK, so with everything on low, AA deactivated on a resolution of 1440*900 and a view distance of 2 km I was close to 20 FPS on Altis (cities and flying around) in the editor.
So you might even reach >25 FPS if you're lucky.
It's far from ideal, but it's something :P

Ahhh :/ i wont buy it then....only like more then 40 fps

The thing is that the majority of Arma 3 players only plays with ~30 FPS cause sometimes reduction of video settings just won't give more FPS.
