Green, Red, White dots?

So i have tried everything i can think of. I go into editor and put the settings on Veteran select third person and some other option I want. I go into preview multiplayer and i don't have these dots. But the moment i load the mission onto my server and load in i have dots all over stuff. Someone please help me before i lose my mind.

Colored dots over units and such?
It's under the difficulty settings (it only shows on easier difficulties) and it's some sort of unit highlight- I'll find the name and get back to you.

Go into a SP game, Arsenal or the Editor, and look for
Game Options- Difficulty - Vision Aid and disable it.

I just started getting this after 2k hours and cant get it to go away. Literally never saw those until I played a campaign called Navy Seals Blood Brothers which has it turned on for a couple missions and now it wont go away. Ive tried disabling it via console, settings, and even modifying settings files but nothing works.
