To eleborate - The content you get in the base package is definitely massive, but still very limited on training and missions, and without DLC, that's all you get. You will NEVER find a multiplayer game without owning ALL the DLC ($72.95 USD).
So for $40 USD you'll get training, and a few missions in single player only.
