Headquarters Entity
Can someone please tell me how the headquarters entity in the editor works?

Im not sure what you are talking about... If you place down a unit and make him player you will then be able to place an empty units which has stuff in. Or possibly the site modules

The headquarters entity module is supposed to make a custom callsign for the HQ radio protocol.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to work. At least I haven't been able to get it working. It just breaks the radio protocol and doesn't change the callsign.

No, the game does all that per default, all the module is supposed to do is rename the HQ callsign.

The headquarters module can be used to use the generic radio message modules. Just link the generic radio message to the headquarter (and if you want to, you can link the radio message module to a trigger). This should give a voice command to the corresponding side.

There could (and probably are) other uses for this module, but this is the only one I have found out about. It can be rather usefull to give your missions a little bit of extra immersion.

thank you, thats what i thought it was used for. will have to play around with that
