Recreating SAO Alternative: Gun Gale Online?

I've been thinking about whether it would be viable to recreate the gameplay loop and economy of Gun Gale online in arma 3?

The gist being that you can take bounty missions to fight a target for cash and then you can come back and upgrade all your gear to do harder stuff and whatnot.

I am almost certain that there are probably a few mods that somewhat do this gameplay loop?

This is mostly a brainstorm discussion as I haven't seen anyone talking about ggo and arma.
