PBO manager
With the sudden demise of armaholic, how does one go about getting a PBO manager? thanks!

Mikero's tools on github, or I believe you can also find the popular PBO manager by Winseros on his github somewhere. So I guess the answer is maybe Github?

pretty sure the owners thought it was about time. Steam Workshop for A3 did sorta kill it unfortunately. However they've said if anyone wants to take over they're willing to do a handoff. However I do have my doubts that anyone will step in
