converting mp4 videos to ogv format

as the title says. i have done this using Xmedia recode but the quality is shocking... i have recorded the video in 4k i'm hoping its not that...

Yeah I use that one as well. The site is legit without ad/malware stuff.

Oh... 4k video is a bad idea. For one, the file size is very large and two, the ogv may not render properly for everyone in the mission if they have lower resolution monitor. I would stick to 1080p.

So i converted it still displaying at 4k technically but running in a smaller window with larger black borders it looks nice :P
