.OGV converter

Does anyone know a free and malware/adware free .ogv converter (working on Win10 64bit) that is good at compressing the file size? I am using an online converter now and my original 30Mb mission video gets converted to an almost 60Mb .ogv file.

I never had this problem before when converting files using an old converter (32bits), but that program doesn't work on my new rig. The file size should be converted to around the same or less Mb's, but somehow it ends up as almost double the file zise.

I use "Any Video Converter", its free and you can choose a lot of files (mp3, mp4, ogg, ogv, and alot more)! But you should use manuel installation, when you did´nt do that they will install something with yahoo!

Edit: You have for every file, befor convert, the option for filesize and quality!

TY for the suggestion, but thats what I meant. I want to stay far clear from that adware junk and not risk having other stuff installed. If that site uses that tactic then I don't want to have anything to do with them :)

Thanks I will check that out. Have you used that site? Will it convert it to normal file size?

I had convert an video from mp4 (33 mb) to ogv, the file has now 107 mb, but this has now stereo sound, if you use mono sound it´s than lower to 74 mb!

I test it with an other video (wmv, 192 mb) after converting to ogv + mono sound it has 75 mb!

I did´nt know why it´s so different, but i had the same with filesize with "AVC"! The good thing with that program is, that they show you the filesize and information before you convert!

Obviously this is 6 years ago by now. But that site does not work. Only options for output is mp4 or HVEC Mp4... When i already have an ogv file for Arma, i do not wanna convert it back to mp4, I want to compress it. This site is very counter intuitive...
