Hosting a Persistent Antistasi Ultimate Server

I have been trying to figure out how to host a server for my friends and I that will be there after logging out and coming back at a later date. I have found several videos and guides but none of them seem to go through all the necessary steps needed to get it done. Can anyone help me here?

Check if you are behind CGNAT if you are or you don't want to bother figuring out whys and hows just use VLAN VPNs (Hamachi/Radmin) also you might want to allow arma 3 server to make outbound/inbound connections in firewall
